HS Pre-Season Swimming

The High School Pre-Season Swimming program is a USA Swimming sanctioned program and requires that all swimmers be registered as a USA Swimming member before participating.

NOTE: According to the Contra Costa County Championship Swim Meet eligibility rules, "High school and college swimmers who are members of their scholastic teams may continue to train with a USA team until February 15th. High school and college swimmer may swim in USA meets unattached until February 15th."
