GogglesHS Pre-Season Swimming

The High School Pre-Season Swimming program is a USA Swimming sanctioned program and requires that all swimmers be registered as a USA Swimming member before participating.

NOTE: According to the 2008 Contra Costa County Championship Swim Meet eligibility rules "High school and college swimmers who are members of their scholastic teams may continue to train with a USA team until February 15th. High school and college swimmer may swim in USA meets unattached until February 15th."

Practice Session Program Dues Season
Session I (Mon - Thu, 2 hours/day) $155.00 Nov 17th - Dec 18th
Session II (Mon - Thu, 2 hours/day) $155.00 Jan 5th - Feb 5th
Session I & II (Mon - Thu, 2 hours/day) $295.00 Nov 17th - Feb 5th
     
2 week break (Dec 22nd - Jan 1st) between Session I & II
* Program participation requires current membership in Pacific Swimming. If you are not a member, an additional $33.00 registration fee is required at program signup.

2. Fill out family information - Parent(s) name, address, phone #'s  
3. Don't forget to include the best family email address  
4. Swimmer information - name, nickname (if applicable), birthday, t-shirt size, swimmer's school and grade  
5. Parent or Guardian sign and date at the bottom

17. Fill out swimmer's information: Last Name, Legal First Name, Middle Name, Preferred Name, Date Of Birth, Sex, Age.  
18. Fill out family information: Father/Guardian Last Name & First Name, Mother/Guardian Last Name & First Name  
19. Check U.S. Citizen box (Yes/No)  
20. Check if you are a member of another FINA federation (Yes/No). If yes, which Federation  
21. Check disability if necessary  
22. Check race and ethnicity  
23. Make sure you SIGN your form
