Thank you for considering Brentwood SeaWolves! Below are some easy steps to follow to get started with our swim team. You can join any time of the year. If it's during the middle of a month, your dues will be prorated.

If your swimmer is new to our program, review Swim Practice Groups and Fees for more information.

Alumni Swimmers: You only need to complete Steps 2 and 4. Contact Billing to arrange for payment of Pacific Swimming fee.

If your athlete is new to our team or has been away from our team for more than 6 months:

Please schedule a swim evaluation by completing the email template below. Please include the name(s) and age(s) of your athlete(s) in the email template. Also, indicate any prior swim experience (e.g. lessons, previous swim teams, etc.) 

The purpose of the swim evaluation is to determine the appropriate swim group for your athlete. Swim evaluations normally occur on Monday evenings during the school year. During the summer, swim evaluations occur in the morning. You will be contacted by our membership coordinator to schedule the evaluation.

After the swim evaluation, a coach will assign your athlete(s) to a Swim Practice Group. Please use the assigned Swim Practice Group for your athlete(s) when you complete the registration process.

If your athlete has been away from our team for less than 6 months, please proceed to Step 2.

If you are new to the team OR a returning member with a credit card which we don't have on file, please print and complete the Credit Card Authorization form and email it to Billing.

If you are a returning member with a current credit card on file, please proceed to Step 5.  

Note: We do not accept cash or checks.
