Swim Practice Groups and Fees
Below are the fees for each age group in addition to the annual registration fee.
SeaWolves offers flexibility to our program by providing 1- and 2-day programs for certain age groups. The only limitation is that those choosing 1- and 2-day programs MUST swim only on Tuesdays through Fridays to help balance out our pool space for those choosing to swim more often. Mondays are our busiest days.
Coaches determine advancement into different swim groups.
Proceed to How to Join Our Team if you'd like to start our program.
NOTE: All program fees take into consideration missed practices due to holidays, Heritage High School swim meets/water polo tournaments and unforeseen pool closures. In addition, we are a year-round USA swim team which is required to take the last 2 weeks of August as a break from practices.
One Week Trial
If your swimmer is new to our program, we offer a one week trial to allow your swimmer to try out our team. Please follow the instructions under How to Join Our Team to schedule a swim evaluation with our membership coordinator to get started. There is a $10 fee for the one week trial. Should your swimmer choose to join our team, you will be charged the program fee less the $10 fee for the one week trial.
Annual Registration Fee
NOTE: This section is non-applicable for fall, high school pre-season, and alumni swimmers.
The Annual Registration Fee is $205 for the first swimmer in a family and $155 for each additional swimmer. The fee includes:
- Membership with Pacific Swimming - covers insurance for practice and swim meets.
- Team t-shirt and swim cap
- Apparel Fee*
- Volunteer Fee*
Payment plans are available for the Annual Registration Fee. It may be split into two or three payments. Please contact Billing to make arrangements for a payment plan.
The board and coaches request that all swimmers wear team apparel to demonstrate team unity and pride. An apparel fee of $50 is included in the Annual Registration Fee and may be applied to one of the following items to help swimmers build their team wardrobe.
- Team suit
- Personalized warm-up jacket
- Personalized warm-up pants
- Hoodie and sweatpants combo
- Deposit toward a team fleece-lined parka (total cost is approximately $130 - $160)
Swim Suits West will be on deck at various times during the year for team suit sizing.
Throughout the year, the board and coaches plan many fun team bonding events. The second Friday of the month is “Fun Friday” for all groups. In the summer, we have weekly Summer of Fun activities. Other events include ice skating, caroling and going to a water slide park. At the end of the swim year, typically before the August break, we have an awards night.
It takes the support of everyone to make these events a reality. We request that each family volunteer at one of these functions. We’ve instituted a Volunteer Fee of $50 per family to help ensure equal participation. Once the volunteer shift is completed, the Volunteer Fee will be credited to the following month’s dues. Volunteer sign-up forms for events will be available throughout the year as activities are scheduled.
Families who serve as meet officials and acting board members are exempt from this fee as they already volunteer their time to the team.
