Good morning! 

BSW is hosting our team "All Hearts on Deck" Block Party on Friday, February 13th, at Diamond Hills for our swimmers in Intro, Age, Bronze, Silver, and Gold Groups! And sign-ups are currently OPEN!  

What to expect: 

- Warm-ups will start at 4:00pm, with the meet starting between 4:45-5:00pm. The meet should be completed within 2 hours. (The number of events increased, but it will not affect the timeline. Some events may be combined as needed.) 

- Swimmers are expected to be there on time for warm-ups and check-in! - Each swimmer can swim up to 3 separate events (**Gold Group is a minimum of 2 events at 100-200 yards, the 3rd event is your choice) 

- Intro/Age Group Swimmers and families, please check in with coaches about what events might be best suited. We want to make sure everyone signs up for events that they can successfully and legally complete.  

- $8 per event will be charged (maximum $24 for the meet) - Parents, please sign up to help time at the meet. We will need 18 timers. 

- Signups will close 2/11 at 11:59pm - All swims will be USA Swimming official times! 

This is a great opportunity to try a swim meet with little to no stress! (If you have struggled to enter into swim meets in the Pacific League/Zone 2 previously, then this is a great opportunity to get a chance to swim and make it count! Typically, meets cost as much as $60 (or more!) to enter, so this is offering a great deal as well.)
