Important Update - BSW Billing Changes
June 17th
Beginning June 29, 2026, Brentwood SeaWolves will transition to a new membership billing platform.
Why We Are Transitioning to Zeffy
- Zeffy allows BSW to process payments with no credit card processing fees
- Estimated annual savings to the team: approximately $14,000
- Savings will be reinvested into:
- Athlete development
- Off Site Training
- Enhanced programming
- Team equipment
- Facility support
- Coach and swimmer resources
Membership Billing Updates for 2026–2027
1. Twelve-Month Billing Structure
- Membership dues will now be distributed evenly across all 12 months
- August will no longer be a non-billing month
- Monthly rates are reduced under the new structure
- End of Year banquet tickets for immediate family are now included in membership

| Silver – $220 | Silver – $205 |

2. Required Billing Transition
- Transition window: June 29 – July 5, 2026
- All member families are required to migrate to the new Zeffy billing platform during this period
- Keep an eye out the last week of June for:
- QR code for registration
- Step-by-step setup instructions
- Step-by-step video
3. Billing During Transition Period
Families who do not complete the transition by July 5, 2026 will be billed for August with the prior system, at the higher rate
