Dear BSW Families,

Please mark your calendars for our Required BSW Parent Meeting on Monday, September 14 at 6:00 PM at Diamond Hills Sports Club.

We’re excited to kick off the new season together! This meeting is an important opportunity for all families to get the information, materials, and resources you’ll need for a successful year with the Brentwood SeaWolves.

During the evening, you’ll be able to:

• Pick up your 2026–27 Annual Package
• Attend our Parent Job Fair and select/learn more about team volunteer opportunities
• Pick up your BSW Parent Handbook
• Visit Swim Shop for team suit sizing
• Learn about important dates, meets, team expectations, volunteering, communication, and the upcoming season
• Ask questions and meet members of our coaching staff and BSW leadership

🎟️ Plus — don’t miss our raffle!
We already have more than $2,500 in prizes, and families attending the meeting will have the opportunity to participate.
The coaches will also have activities for our athletes, so swimmers are welcome to come along!

Because we have a lot of important information to cover, attendance is required for all BSW families. We want everyone starting the season informed, connected, and ready for a great year.
