Seawolves Families,

Mark your calendar for Monday, September 14 at 6:00 PM at Diamond Hills Sports Club. This is a required meeting, and we ask that parents attend. Swimmers are welcome to come along — they can hang out during the meeting or head to Kids Club. 

Because of this meeting, all afternoon practice groups are canceled that day. Senior Group will still hold morning practice as scheduled.

Evening schedule:
6:00 PM — Arrival, package pickup, and mingle
6:20 PM — Welcome, Head Coach update, Board introductions, upcoming events, and the raffle (over $2,500 in prizes)
Following the raffle — Parents will break into individual group meetings with their coach to cover group expectations, the season plan, and any questions. 

If you have swimmers in multiple groups, we have done our best to stagger the individual group chats so you can get all the information for each of your swimmers.

All families should plan to attend. If you're unable to make it, please reach out to your coach directly for additional information.
