We offer a one-time, one-week (3 practices) free trial every season for new athletes of all ages. No water polo experience is necessary, however, participants must be able to swim unassisted.
Water polo can be compared to basketball or soccer. Instead of running, however, athletes are swimming - forward and backstroke, up and down the pool. When they're not swimming, they're treading water. Players never stand on or even touch the bottom of the pool. Therefore, one of the first things we teach new participants is "egg beater" - the very efficient water polo-method of treading water.
The free trial does not include participation in games or tournaments.
The free trial is available only one time per athlete.
Your child must be fully registered to participate in our Free Trial and may begin attending practice as soon as all the steps are complete.
The summer season begins May 21. Click here for the practice schedule.
